Agreement
These terms govern use of TimeWise, supplied by NEXA SECURE IT LTD (company number SC800368), Office 3B, 69–71 Aberdalgie Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G34 9HJ. Company commercial arrangements are agreed separately as part of Nexa SecureIT professional services.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use only the workspace you are authorised to access. Company owners and administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning permissions and ensuring their instructions and use of workforce data are lawful.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, evade security controls or use it unlawfully. Kiosk credentials must only be issued to and used by the intended employee.
Workforce records
TimeWise assists with recording and approvals but does not provide employment, payroll, tax or legal advice. The company remains responsible for checking records, applying its policies and meeting employment, payroll and record-retention obligations.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security events and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access. Features may change where necessary to improve or protect the service.
Data and termination
The company retains responsibility for its uploaded data. Only the company account owner may request deletion of the complete workspace. A request remains cancellable for 30 days before permanent deletion is carried out. Access may be suspended for serious misuse, security risk or breach of the applicable services agreement.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, liability is governed by the applicable professional services agreement. TimeWise should not be the sole copy of records a company is legally required to retain.
